Before requesting support, it would save both your time and our time if
you could first do the following:
- Make sure you have read any relevant portions of the product documentation
- Isolate the problem to a small test case
- Have the version number of your copy of software ready
- Have the version number of the spreadsheet application and the operating system on which it is installed ready
